So UK Charity Allstars 2022 is done and dusted and our debut at the tournament was a huge success, representing a total of 22 charities at this year's event and raised over £13,000.

We have a lot of thank-yous to give for all the support we've received over the last couple of years.

Firstly to our sponsors Red Dragon Group, Dragon Post Production, Great Point Studios, Mouse Tech and Megan Mechanical Services. Your support has been incredible and the contributions you've made to our charities means the world to us.

To everyone that has made a donations to any of our player's fundraising efforts, thank you. The beauty of the Barbarians team is we're able to choose a charity ourselves, often one that we have a meaningful connection to and we know that every penny we have raised will go a long way to helping our chosen charities.

To the Allstars committee and the seven other teams, this past weekend has been an unforgettable experience. We've played some close, hard fought games and even after a loss, we've smiled and had fun which is what the weekend is all about. Thank you to the committee for forming the Barbarians team back in 2019. It's been a long wait to take to the ice but we got there.

Thank you as well to Stubob for designing our logos and to Crosscheck Clothing for producing an incredible looking kit.

And finally to the players that took to the ice and to the players that had signed up in 2019 but couldn't make it this year, thank you for all your efforts. For the fundraising, for giving your all on the ice and for being part of the Barbarians family. It's been a long time coming since the team was set up but the wait brought us closer as a team and we've made new friends along the way.
